July 2019Size: ca. 45 cm Update 27.10.2025: Our colleagues report on Tsimo: Tsimo is a very active and lively dog, his appearance suggests he is a hunting dog mix. Tsimo requires regular exercise and activities, as well as long walks, to balance his energy level and keep him mentally and physically healthy. He is definitely not a couch potato and thus seeks an active home. WHAT HAS HAPPENED UNTIL NOW:Tsimo experienced the classic fate of an unwanted hunting dog. His "owner" tied the male dog to a tree – on such a short rope that Tsimo almost strangled himself. Fortunately, a young student witnessed this, she called the police, and Tsimo was freed. A local animal rescuer brought the male dog to the vet, where he was checked, castrated, and vaccinated. After that, he was housed in a animal shelter and shares his run with another male dog and a female dog. Tsimo is a friendly fellow, of course, a prey drive must be expected. He is already castrated, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. Additionally, he has his own EU pet passport.

Tsimo benötigt regelmäßige Bewegung und Aktivitäten, sowie lange Spaziergänge, um sein Energielevel auszugleichen und ihn mental und physisch gesund zu halten. Er ist sicher kein Couchpotato und sucht deshalb ein aktives Zuhause. WAS BISHER GESCHAH:Tsimo erlebte das klassische Schicksal eines ungewollten Jagdhundes.Sein „Besitzer“ fesselte den Rüden an einen Baum – an einer so kurzen Schnur, dass Tsimo sich fast selbst stranguliert hat. Zum Glück beobachtete dies eine junge Studentin, sie rief die Polizei und Tsimo konnte befreit werden. Eine örtliche Tierschützerin brachte den Rüden zum Tierarzt, wo er gecheckt, kastriert und geimpft wurde. Anschließend ist er in einer Tierpension untergebracht worden und teilt sich dort den Zwinger mit einem Rüden und einer Hündin. Tsimo ist ein freundliches Kerlchen, rassetypisch muss natürlich mit einem eventuellen Jagdtrieb gerechnet werden. Er ist bereits kastriert, geimpft, gechipt und entwurmt. Außerdem hat er seinen eigenen EU-Heimtierausweis im Gepäck.
