Turing Turing was once spotted near the shelter, where he would daily repeatedly appear at the fence. The caretaker set up food and left the gate open. Thus, he could finally be safely secured. We do not know what he has experienced. At first, he was only panicking. Now he is somewhat more confident, comes closer to the caretakers, likes treats, and loves the other dogs. He still does not allow being touched, but work is being done on that. He gets all the time he needs and will only be rehomed when he is ready for it, of course only in a suitable foster or permanent home for anxious dogs. Turing Turing wurde seinerzeit in der Nähe des Refugios gesichtet, als er sich täglich immer und immer wieder am Zaun blicken ließ. Die Pflegerin schaltete, stellte Futter raus und lies ihm das Tor offen. So konnte er letztlich gesichert werden. Was er alles so erlebte, wissen wir nicht. Zu Anfang war er nur panisch. Mittlerweile ist er schon etwas zuversichtlicher, kommt näher zu den Pflegern, mag Leckerchen und liebt die anderen Hunde. Anfassen lassen ist noch nicht möglich, aber man arbeitet daran. Er bekommt alle Zeit die er benötigt und wird erst ausreisen, wenn er auch dafür bereit ist und selbstverständlich nur in eine – für ängstliche Hunde-geeignete Pflege- oder Endstelle.
