Twist was found and never claimed, despite extensive research. He was probably abandoned because he was a cat who knew humans closely: he was very sociable and hugging. It's a very energetic little cat who needs to spend a lot of time playing, running, jumping, hunting flies... Everything is good for fun! During the game or after a short day, emotions can sometimes overflow as it is difficult to channel them. It will require a rich environment and a lot of occupation (playful games, autonomous games, cat trees, shelves, scratchers, etc.) and human patients who will help it better manage this overflowing energy by providing it with appropriate activities. Twist will certainly be able to adapt to any context as long as he is offered a sufficiently rich environment and activities to spend. Given his current behaviour (which can evolve, his rescue remains recent) we will favor a family in house with an outside and without other cats.

Twist a été trouvé et n'a jamais été réclamé, malgré des recherches extensives. Il a sûrement été abandonné, car c'est un chat qui a connu les humain·es de près : il est très sociable et câlin. C'est un petit chat très énergique qui a besoin de beaucoup se dépenser : jouer, courir, sauter, chasser les mouches… tout est bon pour s'amuser ! Pendant le jeu ou après une journée peu animée, les émotions peuvent parfois déborder car il a du mal à les canaliser. Il lui faudra un environnement riche et beaucoup d'occupation (gamelle ludique, jeux en autonomie, arbres à chats, étagères, griffoir, etc.) et des humain·es patient·es qui l'aideront à mieux gérer cette énergie débordante en lui apportant des activités adaptées. Twist pourra sûrement s'adapter à tout contexte tant qu'on lui offre un environnement suffisamment riche et des activités pour se dépenser. Au vu de son comportement actuel (qui peut évoluer, son sauvetage reste récent) nous privilégierons une famille en maison avec un extérieur et sans autres chats.
