Ik ben een flinke kerel met een klein hartje. Knuffelen is namelijk wat ik het allerliefste doe. Dan kom ik tegen je aan hangen en mag jij me lekker kriebelen. Nou heb ik een klein eigenaardig trekje, als het me allemaal even te veel wordt moet ik iets in mijn bek hebben. Het schijnt dat ik daar het beste een speeltje voor kan gebruiken, maar als die niet voor handen is zoek ik zelf wel iets om beet te pakken. Een tak, boomstam, kussen, maakt niet uit wat er voor handen is. Als de emoties te hoog op lopen moet dit ook heeeelemaal kapot. Slopen is een van mijn talenten, naast knuffelen dan. Ik maak van knuffels, zachte speeltjes of misschien wel jouw kussens in een mum van tijd vakkundig een puzzel van 1000 stukjes. Ze verwachten hier dat mijn emoties niet meer zo hoog op zullen lopen als ik eenmaal rust en regelmaat heb op mijn nieuwe plekje, en het slopen daarmee minder zal worden of misschien zelfs zal verdwijnen. Maar ik beloof niks! Daarom is het wel handig als je de mogelijkheid hebt om me tijdelijk even apart te zetten op momenten dat je niet kunt voorkomen dat ik iets te pakken krijg wat niet kapot mag. In een buitenkennel of bench of zoiets. Zo weten we zeker dat ik niet per ongeluk een puzzel maak van jouw geliefde spullen. In de kennel lig ik hier vaak languit te hangen tussen mijn speeltjes. Het leven in de kennel vind ik prima, dus als ik af en toe even op mijn eigen plekje moet bivakkeren vind ik dat geen enkel probleem. Tijdens de wandeling loop ik netjes mee, zolang ik een speeltje in mijn bek mag houden. Ik ben een sterke kerel, en stap graag stevig door maar trek niet hard aan de lijn. Mijn conditie is niet fantastisch, dus als jij graag lange stukken wandelt zullen we dat rustig op moeten bouwen. Andere honden en mensen kunnen we prima passeren, als ik een speeltje vast heb kan de wereld om me heen me niet zo veel schelen. Heb jij een fijn plekje voor mij met voldoende speeltjes en ben jij bereid mij te helpen om mijn emoties wat beter te kunnen handelen? Dan zou ik graag eens kennismaken!
