Tyson

French Bulldog · Male · Adult · 4 years

Hello there... It's me, Tyson, and my angel face... To be honest, I'm not sure if I'm an angel, but with humans, I am... I'm 6 years old and in great condition, and I'm waiting for my family, but it might be a little tough... I'm a 7-year-old American Bulldog... I was abandoned like an old sock... Honestly, I'm a galérien at the shelter because of many things that are hindering my adoption... I've prepared to make my whole life here... Every time people see me in my yard or kennel, they often say, "Look at that big head, he's impressive"... Yeah, I know and I am, but I'm also a big, loving pup to be adored, but as I say, it's a little tough... I don't like my other animal siblings, whether they're dogs or cats... I try, but it takes a toll on my ears... So I should be the only and unique furball in the Family... And where it's even tougher is that I'm allergic to concrete... Yeah, you heard that right?! That doesn't smell very good for my adoption... After all, maybe you live in a chalet, in which case it works, right... Or a house but without visible concrete... Mountain chalets are often, maybe there's a way to work something out, no?... I dare to hope for cushions... What I love most is hugs... I adore them... The volunteers and caregivers give me so many and I'm all ears for scratching... But I so want a family that gives me love and understands me. My biggest quality is that I don't pull on the leash unless, of course, there's someone in front who blocks my visibility, in which case I'll try the double dodge of the leash... That's all... I tell you, I'm resigning myself to spending my life here, even though God alone knows how hot and tough it is for me to be at the shelter... I know full well that I'm not the only galérien, but I'm giving it a shot despite some negative points, but see the positive in the love I give to humans. I'm taken care of by our shelter (vaccinated, dewormed, and neutered), and you can contact the shelter at our area or our area.

About Tyson

What life with Tyson looks like

Tyson is a small adult french bulldog dog waiting at 30 Millions d'Amis in Paris.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇫🇷Adopting from France

French refuges follow the SPA framework: adopters sign a cession contract that includes sterilization, vaccinations, microchip identification, and rabies passport. Fees are typically €150–€300. Many refuges work with rescue transport partners for cross-border placements.

Frequently asked

Adopting Tyson, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Tyson?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. 30 Millions d'Amis handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Tyson on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Tyson if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — 30 Millions d'Amis will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Tyson already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Tyson isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with 30 Millions d'Amis early rather than rehoming privately; they know Tyson and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (FR). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
