Tyson is a magnificent 9-year-old pitbull, with a story as painful as it is meaningful. When he arrived at the animal shelter, his life was marked by suffering and abandonment. He was probably intended to be a fighting dog: everything was a prey for him, except people. He had fixations that led him to jump on trees nonstop and even to eat his tail, a tangible sign of the trauma he had experienced. But Tyson's story didn't end there. When we took over his care, we worked with great patience and dedication to show him that life could be different. Today, Tyson is a balanced, strong, and energetic dog, but also capable of living with peace. He has learned that he can be happy without having to fight against the world. Tyson gets along with females, but not with males or cats, a trait that reflects his strong personality and difficult past. He is a dog that requires conscious management, made of respect, attention, and love for his special nature. This is the reality of many pitbulls: dogs that appear strong, but are incredibly fragile. Unfortunately, they are increasingly abandoned or given up due to bad influences and lack of awareness in managing this wonderful breed. In an environment like the dog shelter, they suffer particularly, and their emotional fragility makes them the most vulnerable. For Tyson, we propose a conscious adoption or a sponsorship adoption. Tyson è un magnifico pitbull di 9 anni, con una storia tanto dolorosa quanto significativa. Quando è arrivato al rifugio, la sua vita era segnata dalla sofferenza e dall’abbandono. Molto probabilmente, qualcuno voleva farlo diventare un cane da combattimento: tutto, per lui, era una preda, tranne le persone.
