Ένα γλυκύτατος νεαρούλης που φοβάται ακόμα και την σκιά του: άλλα σκυλιά, ανθρώπους, αυτοκίνητα, νέα περιβάλλοντα. Ένα γάβγισμα, μια φωνή, ένας ήχος αυτοκινήτου τον κάνει να τρέχει πίσω στην περιφραξούλα του ή να κοκαλώνει στο σημείο που βρίσκεται και να κοιτάζει γύρω του κατατρομαγμένος. Ο Τζο μας δεν είναι ακόμα απόλυτα έτοιμος για υιοθεσία, ωστόσο μπορεί να υιοθετηθεί αν βρεθεί ο κατάλληλος κηδεμόνας.
