Hello there, I am Vayu. I came to the animal shelter as a found animal. When I arrived, I was sent to the vet, where it was determined that my teeth were in such a catastrophic state that they all had to be removed. Since I can't eat properly without teeth, I can only eat soft paté food (but I do enjoy it a lot ;-)). Additionally, the vet found that I have high blood pressure. Therefore, I need to take a tablet once a day, but I can easily eat it with my food. I am still very reserved with people, but I can already be gently stroked by my trusted people. However, do not expect me to immediately come to you and walk right in. With a bit of patience and understanding, I will surely warm up quickly. Due to my somewhat advanced age and my skepticism towards people, I wish for a quiet home without children. A secure backyard would also be great, as I don't want to completely give up my freedom, even without teeth. If you have a suitable spot for me, feel free to get in touch and get to know me, so I don't have to sit in the animal shelter for much longer in my old age. This cat needs outdoor access.

Hallo ihr da draußen, ich bin Vayu. Ich kam als Fundtier ins Tierheim. Ich wurde als ich ankam erstmal zum Tierarzt geschickt, wo man festgestellt hat, dass meine Zähne in einem so katastrophalen Zustand waren, dass sie alle gezogen werden mussten. Da es sich ohne Zähne schlecht fressen lässt, kann ich nur weiches Paté Futter fressen (davon aber umso mehr ;-) ). Außerdem hat man beim Tierarzt festgestellt, dass ich Bluthochdruck habe. Deswegen muss ich einmal täglich eine Tablette bekommen, die ich aber in meinem Futter ohne Probleme mit fresse. Ich bin Menschen gegenüber noch sehr zurückhaltend, lasse mich aber von meinen Bezugspersonen auch schon sehr vorsichtig streicheln. Bitte erwartet aber nicht, dass ich sofort zu euch komme und mich durchkraulen lasse. Mit ein bisschen Geduld und Verständnis werde ich aber bestimmt schnell auftauen. Aufgrund meines etwas fortgeschrittenen Alters und meiner Skepsis Menschen gegenüber wünsche ich mir ein ruhiges Zuhause ohne Kinder. Ein gesicherter Garten wäre auch toll, da ich meinen Freigang nicht ganz aufgeben möchte, auch ohne Zähne nicht. Wenn ihr also ein passendes Plätzchen für mich frei habt, meldet euch doch gerne und lernt mich kennen, damit ich in meinem Alter nicht noch so lange im Tierheim sitzen muss. Euer Vayu
