With love and proper care, she got back on her feet, completed all the necessary medical tests, and today she is completely healthy and ready to leave the past behind and start a new life. She is one of those dogs who don’t “stand out” in photos, but in person she looks you in the eyes and quietly wins you over. Vera is love at first sight. She is tender, calm, and thirsty for human contact.
