At our dog shelter, she quickly found her place in her dog group. No one knows who left Vicky behind or what she had to endure before our Romanian animal protection friends took her in. To be safe meant everything to Vicky: a full bowl, a soft bed, people who didn't want to harm her. And she carries a wonderful trait within her: she hasn't lost her kindness. Vicky meets the world curiously, cautiously optimistic, with a small spark of hope in her eyes. Now, Vicky wishes for loving people who will give her patience and security, a home where she can learn what family life means, someone who shows her: "You are safe. You can stay."
