His story: Vide has been waiting since mid-May 2024 in his foster home for you! We were all surprised by how quickly he settled in. While at the shelter Baia Mare, Vide was once a rather reserved dog who wouldn’t let anyone touch him, only living in the kennel, and only accepting treats from the hand, now Vide has learned what a wonderful life in a family can be. The foster family, with great patience and empathy, has brought out a lovable dog who finally dares to go outside, enjoys walks, and is house-trained. His eyes sparkle, and his pure joy in life shines through. He lets himself be handled well, even by others, and now also comes forward and wants attention and even cuddles. He can now put on his harness and leash without any problems and is looking forward to the walks. He gets along well with other animals, whether male or female. Therefore, we could certainly consider a confident single dog in the household, with which he can continue to orient himself. As he is very food-affine, it’s easy to incorporate treats into his daily routine to further encourage him. He loves sniffing games and can be well occupied and stimulated. Outside, he orientates himself very well to his people and trusts them. Heat affects him, and he still reacts stressed during thunderstorms. Here, his person should always be with him and give him security. Vide is very agile and mobile and has a lot of fun outside. Even longer walks are no problem. Vide travels well by car. Although he doesn’t like going into a crate, he can be led well. Vide is almost 9 years old but still doesn’t belong in the old age group and is looking forward to many more years in a new family. For him, we are looking for a rural place with few distractions and without much commotion and young children who could stress him out. With about 40 cm, he has a nice practical size. Seine Geschichte: Vide wartet seit Mitte Mai 2024 in seiner Pflegestelle auf dich! Wir waren alle überrascht, wie schnell sich Vide dort eingelebt hat. War er doch im Shelter Baia Mare lange Jahre ein eher zurückhaltender Hund, der sich nicht anfassen ließ, nur im Kennel lebte und allenfalls Leckerli aus der Hand fraß, hat Vide inzwischen gelernt, wie schön das Leben in einer Familie sein kann. Die Pflegefamilie hat mit sehr viel Geduld und Empathie einen liebenswerten Hund zum Vorschein gebracht, der sich endlich nach draußen traut, Spaziergänge genießt und stubenrein geworden ist. Seine Augen glänzen, die pure Lebensfreude strahlt unser Bub aus. Er lässt sich gut anfassen, auch von anderen, und kommt mittlerweile auch von sich aus und möchte Aufmerksamkeit und sogar Streicheleinheiten. Geschirr und Leine lässt er sich inzwischen problemlos anziehen und freut sich auf die Gassirunden. Mit Artgenossen kommt er gut klar, egal ob Rüde oder Hündin. Daher könnten wir uns einen souveränen Ersthund im Haushalt durchaus vorstellen, an dem er sich weiter orientieren kann. Da er sehr futteraffin ist, kann man sehr gut Leckerli in den Alltag einbauen, um ihn weiter zu fördern. Schnüffelspiele findet er toll und so kann man ihn gut beschäftigen und auslasten. Draußen orientiert er sich sehr an seinen Menschen und vertraut ihnen. Hitze macht ihm zu schaffen, auch bei Gewittern reagiert er noch gestresst und hier sollte immer sein Mensch bei ihm sein und ihm Sicherheit geben. Vide ist sehr agil und mobil und hat draußen richtig Spaß. Auch längere Spaziergänge sind kein Thema. Vide fährt gut mit dem Auto mit. In eine Box geht er zwar ungern, aber lässt sich gut führen. Vide ist jetzt fast 9 Jahre alt, aber gehört noch lange nicht zum alten Eisen und freut sich auf noch viele Jahre in einer neuen Familie. Für ihn suchen wir einen ländlichen Platz mit wenigen Reizen und ohne viel Trubel und Kleinkinder, die ihn stressen könnten. Mit etwa 40 cm hat er eine schöne praktische Größe. Vide zieht kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht in sein neues Zuhause. Er wird nach positiver Vorkontrolle gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro vermittelt.
