Viktoria have named the delicate accident cat from August, as she is truly a fighter. And unfortunately, she is also a case we often encounter in animal shelters. Since Viktoria is completely tame and friendly towards humans, we assume that her previous owners did not want to spend money on spaying and a growing number of cats and instead chose to abandon her. In a foreign place, Viktoria ran into a car in the dark and was severely injured. She was brought to safety and to the animal clinic by neighbors in time. Viktoria had serious internal injuries, and her unborn kittens unfortunately did not survive the car accident. It took some time, but now Viktoria has fully recovered from the accident, is spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and has received her first two vaccinations for basic immunization. We estimate that Viktoria, a beautiful gray-and-white spotted kitten, was born in June 2024. She is a quiet, social cat in the cat group of the foster home, who prefers to do her own thing but is noticeably happy with the other cats. Perhaps due to the accident trauma, Viktoria does not want to be alone and needs other cats and people nearby to feel safe. Viktoria will not be rehomed as a single cat!

Viktoria haben wir die zarte Unfallkatze von August getauft, denn sie ist wirklich eine Kämpferin. Und leider auch ein Fall, wie er uns öfters im Katzentierschutz begegnet. Da Viktoria völlig zahm und zutraulich gegenüber Menschen ist, nehmen wir an, dass ihre früheren Menschen kein Geld für Kastration und eine wachsende Anzahl an Katzen ausgeben wollten und stattdessen feige das Aussetzen gewählt hatten. An fremdem Ort lief Viktoria in der Dunkelheit in ein Auto und wurde schwer verletzt von Anwohnern zeitnah in Sicherheit und in die Tierklinik gebracht. Viktoria hatte schwere innere Verletzungen, ihre ungeborenen Kitten haben den Verkehrsunfall leider nicht überlebt. Es hat etwas gedauert, aber nun hat sich Viktoria von den Unfallfolgen vollständig erholt, ist kastriert, entwurmt, gechippt und hat die ersten beiden Impfungen zur Grundimmunisierung erhalten. Wir schätzen die hübsche dunkelgrau-weiß gefleckte Jungkatze auf Juni 2024 geboren. Sie ist in der Katzengruppe der Kranken-Pflegestelle eine ruhige, soziale Katze, die am liebsten ihr Ding macht, aber spürbar froh über die anderen Katzen ist. Vielleicht liegt es am Unfalltrauma, Viktoria möchte nicht alleine sein, sondern braucht andere Katzen und Menschen in ihrer Nähe, um sich sicher zu fühlen. Viktoria wird nicht als Einzelkatze vermittelt!
