Violeta is now ready to go live with a family, even though she still doesn’t know what that means. As a baby, for now she only knows fear and uncertainty, and we hope that from now on she’ll find a home where she can learn day by day that living isn’t painful or scary. For the moment, she’s staying in a cage at the vet’s clinic, where we’re covering her daily boarding costs, because we don’t have any more foster homes available in Madrid.

Violeta ya está lista para irse con una familia, aunque todavía no sepa lo que eso significa. Siendo un bebé, de momento solo conoce el temor y la incertidumbre, y esperamos que a partir de ahora pueda encontrar un hogar en el que le enseñen día a día que vivir no duele ni da miedo. De momento está en una jaula en el veterinario, donde pagamos su hospedaje diario, porque no tenemos más casas de acogida en Madrid.
