Volt arrived at our shelter after being surrendered due to abuse... He had a very difficult start in life and experienced hunger and beatings. Despite this, Volt is a very human-oriented dog who is constantly seeking contact to reassure himself. He has many fears and will need to be accompanied gently in order to overcome his traumas and also channel his overflowing energy. He jumps very high, is quite rough in his gestures and can pinch in excitement. Given his past, Volt unfortunately cannot live with young children. We are looking for a home for him with mandatory outdoor access (garden). He can live with a calm and well-behaved dog! His compatibility with cats needs to be retested and worked on. Volt deserves to know a happy family life, and that we take care of him. For the well-being of Volt, please inform yourself about calming signals and positive education.

Volt est arrivé chez nous suite à une cession pour maltraitance… Il a eu un début de vie très difficile et a connu la faim et les coups. Malgré cela, Volt est un loulou très proche de l’humain et qui est en constante demande de contact pour se rassurer. Il possède de nombreuses peurs et aura besoin d’être accompagné en douceur afin de surmonter ses traumatismes et aussi canaliser son énergie débordante. Il saute très haut, est assez brute dans ses gestes et peut pincer dans l’excitation. Au vu de son passé, Volt ne pourra malheureusement pas vivre avec des enfants en bas-âge. Nous lui recherchons un foyer avec un accès extérieur obligatoire (jardin). Il pourra vivre avec un chien calme et bien codé ! Son entente avec les chats est à retester et travailler. Volt mérite de connaître une vie de famille heureuse, et que l’on prenne soins de lui. Pour le bien-être de Volt, merci de vous renseigner sur les signaux d’apaisement et l’éducation positive.
