Warner is a lovely, affectionate boy who can relax beautifully in his kennel, and once he has settled into a new home and routine, he should be able to be left for a few hours. He cannot live with cats, small furries, children or other dogs, so his new family will need to be able to provide him with the calm, predictable environment he needs. Any potential adopters will need to visit Warner here at the centre several times to build a bond with him before he goes home. In return, Warner is ready to bring his calm, affectionate nature, companionship and love to a family who can give him the understanding, patience and space he deserves. Warner is a handsome 6-year-and-10-month-old boy who is confident and friendly when meeting new people. He enjoys getting out and about, exploring his surroundings and taking in all the interesting sights and smells that nature has to offer. Warner is also confident meeting other dogs and would happily enjoy having walking buddies, but he would prefer to be the only dog in his home, as he likes having his humans and toys all to himself. Warner does have a prey drive, so he will need to remain on lead when out and about. He is looking for an adult-only home, ideally with someone who has knowledge or experience of the breed and understands that he needs his own space and time to relax and should be left alone when he chooses.
