Winston is sweet little guy who’s in need of a confidence boost. With gradual introductions and positive interactions, he soon comes out of his shell. Once in his club, he enjoys snuggling up on the sofa and soaking up the attention. Winston is looking for a peaceful home with patient adopters who can help him to grow in confidence. He’s led a sheltered life so will need gradual, positive, exposure to every day-to-day situations and socialisation. A home with a garden is preferred so he can have a safe space to enjoy the outdoors until he’s ready to head out and explore the neighbourhood. Minimal leaving time will be ideal as he settles in, plus he does enjoy the company from those he knows well. Other aspects of training will include house training and social skills with other dogs. Winston will be best suited to living with older teens and being the only pet in the home.
