Hello, I am Wolfgang. Together with several other cats, I came to the animal shelter. I was born and raised outdoors and did not know a life in a house with family connections. Therefore, at first, I was a bit cautious and took everything in at a leisurely pace. Over time, however, I realized that one can feel safe and that closeness can also be something beautiful. When I gained trust, I showed my loving and gentle side and greatly enjoyed the attention of my people. My friend William has been a great help to me. We give each other support and simply feel more comfortable together. Because the daily routine at the shelter eventually became too stressful for us, we were allowed to move together to a foster home. There, I continued to warm up and got to know life with people more and more. As I have spent my entire life outdoors from a young age, I would like to have an acclimation period and then be released. It would be the most beautiful for me if I could continue to experience this new chapter of life with William. Hallo, ich bin Wolfgang. Gemeinsam mit mehreren anderen Katzen bin ich ins Tierheim gekommen. Ich bin draußen geboren und aufgewachsen und kannte ein Leben im Haus mit Familienanschluss nicht. Deshalb war ich am Anfang etwas vorsichtig und habe mir alles erst einmal in Ruhe angeschaut. Mit der Zeit habe ich jedoch gemerkt, dass man sich sicher fühlen kann und dass Nähe auch etwas Schönes ist. Wenn ich Vertrauen gefasst habe, zeige ich meine liebevolle und sanfte Seite und genieße die Aufmerksamkeit meiner Menschen sehr. Eine große Hilfe ist mir dabei mein Freund William. Wir geben uns gegenseitig Halt und fühlen uns zusammen einfach wohler. Weil uns der Tierheimalltag auf Dauer zu stressig wurde, durften wir gemeinsam auf eine Pflegestelle umziehen. Dort konnte ich weiter auftauen und das zusammen Leben mit Menschen immer mehr kennenlernen. Da ich mein Leben von klein auf draußen verbracht habe, wünsche ich mir nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit wieder Freigang. Am schönsten wäre es für mich, wenn ich diesen neuen Lebensabschnitt weiterhin gemeinsam mit William erleben dürfte.
