He probably didn't get much attention in his old home: collar and harness were new territory for him. Sven is developing well in the shelter and is now showing that he is ready for a new start and will make a great companion for the right people. Other dogs? Honestly, I don't need them right now. Sure, in our old pack we knew each other, but when I meet new dogs - whether on a leash during a walk or in everyday life - I can get pretty grumpy. I want my humans to myself and need guidance, structure, and someone to show me that other dogs are not a threat. The perfect home for me: I hope for a home as a single princess where I can settle in peace. A second dog if you like. Hallo, ich bin's Xena! Suchst du eine treue Begleiterin? Aufgrund eines Todesfalls kam Sven mitsamt vier anderen Hunden zu uns ins Tierheim. Kennengelernt hat der Rüde in seinem alten Zuhause vermutlich nicht viel: Halsband und Geschirr waren für ihn erstmal Neuland. Sven entwickelt sich im Tierheim sehr gut und zeigt mittlerweile deutlich, dass er bereit für einen Neuanfang ist und ein toller Begleiter für die passenden Menschen werden wird. Andere Hunde? Puh, brauche ich ehrlich gesagt erst mal nicht mehr. Klar in unserem alten Rudel kannten wir uns, wenn ich aber fremden Hunden begegne – egal ob an der Leine beim Spaziergang oder im Alltag - kann ich doch ziemlich zickig werden. Ich möchte meine Menschen gern für mich alleine haben und brauche hier noch Führung, Struktur und jemanden, der mir zeigt, dass andere Hunde keine Bedrohung sind. Das perfekte Zuhause für mich: Ich wünsche mir evtl. ein Zuhause als Einzelprinzessin, in dem ich in Ruhe ankommen darf. Ein zweiter Hund bei Sympathie. Wenn du Lust auf gemeinsame Spaziergänge, ein bisschen Pfoten-Fitness und ganz viele Kuscheleinheiten hast – und kein Problem damit hast, mir bei Fremdhunde-Begegnungen den Rücken zu stärken – dann bin ich deine perfekte Partnerin!
