X-Men is a young cat born around August 2024. My story begins outside... alone, with my sister, when I was only about 3 months old. Too small to understand, too small to defend myself, I discovered the world much too early and much too brutally. When I arrived in foster care, I was afraid of everything. Gestures, voices, humans... everything could seem dangerous to me. I was paralyzed, on the defensive, unable to trust anyone. So we gave him time. A lot of time. And above all... we taught him that everything could change. That a hand could be soft. That a voice could reassure. That a home could be a safe place. Little by little, I began to open up ✨ Today, with my human aunt, I finally reveal myself: I love cuddles, reassuring arms and moments of tenderness. I am also a big foodie, always ready to savor a small biscuit or a lick of milk 🥹 I really like the presence of other animals, dogs as well as cats, which reassure me enormously. But I remain a very sensitive cat, still marked by my past fears. Men and environments that are too noisy or unpredictable can still worry me. I am not a cat who will come directly on your lap the first day. With me, it will take time. Patience. Softness. And above all... respect for my rhythm. Each small progress will be an immense victory ❤️ I'm looking for a calm, stable and caring family, without abruptness, capable of offering a secure environment where I can continue to progress at my own pace. 𝑨̀ 𝒍’𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 : 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐂𝐎𝐔 ⵑ 𝐌𝐎𝐈 𝐂’𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐗-𝐌𝐄𝐍 ! 🐾 Je suis X-Men, un jeune chat né vers août 2024. Mon histoire commence dehors… seul, avec ma sœur, alors que je n’avais qu’environ 3 mois. Trop petit pour comprendre, trop petit pour me défendre, j’ai découvert le monde bien trop tôt et bien trop brutalement. Quand je suis arrivé en famille d’accueil, j’avais peur de tout. Des gestes, des voix, des humains… tout pouvait me sembler dangereux. J’étais tétanisé, sur la défensive, incapable de faire confiance. Alors on m’a laissé du temps. Beaucoup de temps. Et surtout… on m’a appris que tout pouvait changer. Qu’une main pouvait être douce. Qu’une voix pouvait rassurer. Qu’un foyer pouvait être un endroit sûr. Petit à petit, j’ai commencé à m’ouvrir ✨ Aujourd’hui, avec ma tata humaine, je me révèle enfin : j’adore les câlins, les bras rassurants et les moments de tendresse. Je suis aussi un grand gourmand, toujours prêt à savourer une petite gâche ou une lichette de lait 🥹 J’aime beaucoup la présence des autres animaux, chiens comme chats, qui me rassurent énormément. Mais je reste un chat très sensible, encore marqué par mes peurs passées. Les hommes et les environnements trop bruyants ou imprévisibles peuvent encore m’inquiéter. Je ne suis pas un chat qui viendra directement sur vos genoux le premier jour. Avec moi, il faudra du temps. De la patience. De la douceur. Et surtout… du respect pour mon rythme. Chaque petit progrès sera une victoire immense ❤️ Je recherche une famille calme, stable et bienveillante, sans brusquerie, capable de m’offrir un environnement sécurisant où je pourrai continuer à progresser à mon rythme.
