Yamaha has just returned from foster care with her siblings Kawasaki and Honda. The foster family reports: Little Yamaha is a bit reserved until trust and security are established. After that, she is curious and full of energy. She only purrs and nuzzles for short periods, and we've joked that she has ADHD. She seeks out contact when it fits into her "program," but wants to be where something exciting is happening. She enjoys exploring and loves to catch flies. She has met the foster family's three adult cats. She is not immediately seeking out the larger cats (but perhaps she senses they don't really want to play with little kittens). She has been around teenagers and also met a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old child, whom she just had to see, but kept her distance. Yamaha plays, eats, and grooms herself as expected for her age, and she has been clean throughout the foster care period. However, she sometimes likes to play in the litter box, where she sprints and puts on a turbo, so litter flies around her ears (she hasn't had a closed toilet with a lid). She is a sweet, independent, and very charming cat. She doesn't like being picked up and petted, but likes to jump up on your lap and talk when she chooses. She needs the opportunity to go out into a garden when she has settled well into her new home. If you want to adopt more than one kitten, she gets along well with her siblings.

Yamaha er lige komme tilbage fra plejefamilien sammen med sine søskende Kawasaki og Honda. Plejefamilien fortæller: Lille Yamaha er en smule tilbageholden indtil der er skabt tillid og tryghed. Herefter er hun nysgerrig og fuld af fart. Hun er kun til kæl og nus i korte intervaller og vi har joket lidt med at hun har ADHD. Hun er opsøgende på kontakt når det passer ind i hendes “program” men vil gerne være der hvor der sker noget spændende. Hun kan godt lide at gå på opdagelse og hun elsker at fange fluer. Hun har mødt plejefamiliens egne tre voksne katte. Hun er ikke umiddelbart opsøgende overfor de store katte (men måske fornemmer hun at de ikke rigtig gider små killinger). Hun har været sammen med både teenagere og også mødt et barn på 4 år og et barn på 7 år som hun lige skulle se an men holdt sig lidt på afstand af. Yamaha leger, spiser og rengør sig som det kan forventes i forhold til hendes alder, og hun har været renlig i hele plejeperioden. Hun kan dog godt finde på at lege i kattebakkerne engang imellem hvor hun spurter og sætter turbo på så kattegrus flyver hende om ørerne (hun har ikke haft et lukket toilet med låg). Hun er en sød, egenrådig og meget charmerende kat. Hun er ikke så vild med at blive taget op og kælet med men vil gerne selv hoppe op på ens skød og snakke når hun selv vælger det. Hun skal have mulighed for at komme ud i en have, når hun er faldet godt til i sit nye hjem. Hvis man ønsker at adoptere mere end 1 killing fungerer hun fint med sine søskende.
