Il n’était pas habitué à vivre en dehors de la ferme où il est né avant de venir en accueil chez BLC. Il a clairement dû s’habituer au grand monde « maléfique ». Cependant, il va de mieux en mieux parce qu’il apprend rapidement. Yuki connaît les ordres de base et peut se promener sans laisse, là où il est en sécurité. Il est habitué à la cage et au chenil. Il aime partir en voiture. Yuki tire un peu en laisse. En marchant, un certain nombre de voitures peuvent passer sans problème, puis Yuki se rend soudainement compte qu’il est un Border Collie et veut conduire le prochain moyen de transport. C’est certainement un autre point d’attention pour le nouveau propriétaire. Yuki vient de lignée de travail pure. Il est en partie entraîné : il peut faire une recherche, connaît ses directions ainsi que pousser les moutons. Il a l’habitude de travailler avec un grand groupe de moutons.
