Yumi was taken into our car due to a housing issue and he has quickly settled into a fantastic foster home, something we always aim for with our older boys and girls. He is a quiet boy who has been very well behaved and he just loves attention. He enjoys curling up with his foster carers as he has been allowed on the furniture, but will also happily take himself off to nap somewhere else. Yumi doesn't pester for food but he has had a peep on the worktops! He's ten years old but still very playful and likes you to throw tennis balls for him. Strangers aren't an issue for him, he likes to greet everyone, including other dogs. He tends to be a little too forward when sniffing other dogs, sticking his nose where it isn't always that welcome, so probably best as the only dog at home but with some nice pals for walks. Yumi is such a smashing boy and will make someone a wonderful companion. Yumi can live with high school aged children but will need to be the only pet. He is house trained and has been good when left by himself for short periods. Yumi has recently had some lumps removed and we are awaiting results, and he requires daily pain relief for arthritis.
