Hello, I'm Yuno... a young male bulldog with lots of energy and a strong will. I was found in Berlin and never claimed. Typical of bulldogs, I often want to get my way and have my own way. Approaching things calmly and patiently is difficult for me – but that's exactly what we're working on. I want to do a lot, but so far I can't do much. I learn very quickly, but sometimes my genetics trip me up. What makes me special: I'm friendly towards people and love being petted and touched. I'm also a great passenger and love car rides. I pick up new things quickly and am really eager to learn. What needs to be worked on: I react strongly to movement and exhibit misdirected prey drive – so playing ball is off-limits for me. If I can't get what I want from a stimulus, I might take my frustration out on you. I pull very hard on the leash – so my new owners need to be strong and have a firm grip. I'm not yet comfortable wearing a muzzle, but we're practicing. Nevertheless, I should be walked with a muzzle. The shelter and the daily routine there are very stressful for me. I'm looking for a home with experienced dog owners who are willing to work consistently and patiently with me on my issues. Structure, clear rules, and security are especially important to me. My new home should be in a rural area, as I'm not yet coping well with the many stimuli of the city. There shouldn't be any children or other animals living there. I'm not a dog for beginners. I have significant problems that need to be taken seriously and actively addressed. Anyone with experience with dogs like me, and who is prepared to consistently work through this process with me, can find in me an exciting companion who has the potential to develop further with training and clear leadership. Hallo, ich bin Yuno … ein junger Bulldoggen-Rüde mit viel Energie und einem starken Willen. Ich wurde in Berlin gefunden und nicht wieder abgeholt. Typisch Bulldogge will ich oft mit dem Kopf durch die Wand und setze meinen Willen gerne durch. Dinge ruhig und gelassen anzugehen, fällt mir schwer – aber genau daran wird mit mir gearbeitet. Ich möchte vieles, kann aber bisher wenig. Ich lerne sehr schnell, doch manchmal stellt mir meine Genetik immer mal wieder ein Bein. Was mich ausmacht Ich reagiere auf Menschen freundlich, lasse mich gern kraulen und anfassen. Ich bin außerdem ein super Beifahrer und liebe es, im Auto mitzufahren. Neues nehme ich schnell auf und lerne wirklich gerne. Woran man mit mir arbeiten muss Ich reagiere stark auf Bewegungsreize und zeige ein fehlgesteuertes Beutefangverhalten – deshalb ist Ballspielen für mich tabu. Wenn ich bei einem Reiz nicht zu meinem Ziel komme, könnte ich meinen Frust möglicherweise auch an dir auslassen. An der Leine ziehe ich sehr kräftig – meine neuen Halter:innen müssen daher standfest sein. Einen Maulkorb trage ich noch nicht souverän, wir üben aber daran. Trotzdem sollte ich mit Maulkorb geführt werden. Das Tierheim und der dortige Alltag stressen mich stark. Was ich suche ein Zuhause bei hundeerfahrenen Menschen, die bereit sind, konsequent und geduldig mit mir an meinen Baustellen zu arbeiten. Struktur, klare Regeln und Sicherheit sind für mich besonders wichtig. Mein neues Zuhause sollte ländlich liegen, da ich mit den vielen Reizen in der Stadt noch nicht zurechtkomme. Kinder oder andere Tiere sollten dort nicht leben. Ich bin kein Anfängerhund. Ich habe deutliche Probleme, die ernst genommen und aktiv bearbeitet werden müssen. Wer Erfahrung mit Hunden wie mir hat und bereit ist, diesen Weg mit mir konsequent zu gehen, kann in mir einen spannenden Begleiter finden, der das Potenzial hat, sich mit Training und klarer Führung weiterzuentwickeln.
