Женька 🐾 Маленька собачка, метис тойтер’єра, яка приїхала до нашого притулку з одного із селищ Дніпропетровської області. Тривалий час Женька жила в неблагополучній родині, шукала собі їжу біля сміттєвих баків. Вона страждала від демодекозу та сильного грибкового ураження шкіри. Уся спина була вкрита виразками, відкритими ранами, що кровоточили. Зрештою Женьку просто вкрала сусідка. Вона розуміла, що якщо залишити собаку в тих умовах, то рано чи пізно та просто загине. Саме завдяки цій жінці Женька отримала шанс на інше життя й потрапила до нашого притулку. Ми пролікували Женьку, позбулися кліща та грибкової інфекції. Зараз чекаємо, поки відросте її густа, красива шерсть. Подекуди ще залишилися залисини та рубці після глибоких уражень шкіри. Потроху набираємо вагу. Женька — собака однієї людини. Вона неймовірно ніжна, ласкава й дуже тактильна, але побачити цю її сторону можна лише тоді, коли вона починає довіряти. Спочатку Женька обережна, ляклива, може тримати дистанцію. Її попереднє життя залишило свій слід, тому їй потрібен час, щоб зрозуміти, що поруч більше немає небезпеки. А коли вона розкривається, то стає зовсім іншою собачкою. Тягнеться до людини, шукає близькості, хоче ніжності та уваги. Мені дуже хочеться знайти для неї людину, яка не чекатиме любові з першої хвилини. Яка не злякається її обережності, не вирішить, що вона «не така», лише тому, що Женька не одразу підійшла знайомитися. Бо насправді це прекрасна собака. Просто її потрібно побачити серцем, дати трохи часу й дозволити самій зробити перший крок. І якщо Женька одного дня вам довіриться, ви отримаєте маленьку, неймовірно віддану подругу, для якої станете цілим світом. Дуже хочеться, щоб після всього пережитого в її житті нарешті з’явилася власна людина. Назавжди.
