Hi, I’m Zorya. I’m a young female dog of medium size. I arrived at the shelter on July 26, 2026, following an intervention near Grunwaldzka Street. Apparently, I was found there, but my past remains a mystery. Not everything in life has been easy for me. I’m still learning to trust people and to explore the world around me. I have significant socialization challenges—I can’t yet walk nicely on a leash, and men really scare me. When I’m afraid, I need time, peace, and patience. I’m not the kind of dog who’ll jump onto the couch on day one and start giving kisses left and right. I’m looking for a home that understands that nothing can be rushed. I need a calm, patient, and consistent guardian who’ll let me build trust at my own pace. I believe that with the right approach, I’ll blossom and show you just how wonderful I really am. My caregivers at the shelter believe it too. I’d do best in a quiet home without small children. Noise and unpredictability are just too much for me to handle. I dream of a place where I can feel safe and take small, steady steps forward every single day toward a better life. I’m up-to-date on vaccinations and dewormed. Soon, I’ll also undergo spaying surgery. If you’ve got patience, a good heart, and don’t expect trust to appear overnight, maybe I’m exactly the one you’ve been waiting for.
