Zygmunt arrived at our shelter from Nowy Targ in poor condition, emaciated and sick, and was also a carrier of feline herpesvirus. But Zygmunt decided not to give up, and the current photos show how loving care can transform a cat. Zygmunt currently lives in a temporary home and is ready for adoption. During the first meeting, Zygmunt may be a bit withdrawn, but after a few moments, you can win his trust. The foundation photographer met Zygmunt for the first time during a session, and as you can see, he quickly warmed up to him. He is rather energetic, loves to initiate play with other cats, enjoys toys and all sorts of balls, but everything can become a game for him. When he is well-fed and relaxed, he happily comes for cuddles, climbs onto laps, and allows being picked up – in general, he is a very social cat, usually trying to stay close to people or other cats. We are looking for a home for Zygmunt that is not cat-friendly, loving, and safe, with a secured balcony (if there is one) and/or windows, where he would receive the best care. Zygmunt is a carrier of feline leukemia virus (FELV), so we are looking for a home where he could live alone, be a companion to another cat carrier of this disease, or live with regularly vaccinated cats. Zygmunt przyjechał do fundacji z Nowego Targu w kiepskim stanie, wychudzony i chory a dodatkowo nosiciel wirusa kociej białaczki. Ale Zygmunt postanowił się nie poddawać i obecnie na zdjęciach widać jak bardzo kochająca opieka może zmienić kota. Zygmunt mieszka obecnie w domu tymczasowym i jest gotowy do adopcji. Podczas pierwszego spotkania Zygmunt może być trochę wycofany, ale po kilku chwilach daje się do siebie przekonać. Fundacyjnego fotografa widział po raz pierwszy podczas sesji i jak widać szybko się rozkręcił Jest raczej żywiołowy, lubi inicjować zabawę z innymi kotami, uwielbia wędki i wszelkie piłeczki, ale wszystko może dla niego stać się zabawką. Kiedy jest wybawiony i najedzony chętnie przychodzi na tulenie, wchodzi na kolana, pozwala brać się na ręce – ogólnie jest kotem bardzo społecznym, zwykle stara się przebywać koło ludzi, albo innych kotów. Szukamy dla Zygmunta niewychodzącego, kochającego, bezpiecznego domu, z zabezpieczonym balkonem (jeśli jest) i/lub oknami, który otoczy go najlepszą opieką. Kocurek jest nosicielem wirusa kociej białaczki (FELV), dlatego szukamy mu domu w którym mógłby mieszkać sam, być towarzyszem innego kota nosiciela tej choroby, może też mieszkać w domu z kotami regularnie szczepionymi na kocia białaczkę.
