Aktualizace 20.3.2026: tak jsme jí zabalení a vyrazili do velmi vzdálené části Kréty. Pro Irmu bychom udělali cokoli! Domácí kontrola neprošla zkouškou, takže jsme ji museli přivést zpět. Ten den jsme strávili spolu mnoho hodin a od ní se naučili mnohé. Vidíte, Irmu bylo používáno jako plemenné zvíře, pro nic jiného než pro výrobu dalších Dobermannů. Je to nervózní pes s mnoha stimuly, které ji dovedou do šílenství, pokoušela se kousnout svůj ocas. V útulku jsme tento zvyk zvládli. Ten den za útulkem si užila jízdu autem, milovala pocit domova, byla velmi zájem o procházky vesnicí a ukázala velmi laskavou a spojenou stránku sebe. Něco, co jsme v útulku neměli možnost zažít. Bohužel, osoba zájemce nebyla vhodná pro ni. Její citlivé problémy nebyly pro ně důležité, takže jsme museli odmítnout adopci. Ale bolelo nás, když jsme ji vrátili domů. Irmu je laskavá starší holka, která opravdu trpí v útulku. Milovala své odpoledne a přeje si, aby našla laskavého člověka, který bude naslouchat a plnit její potřeby. Ráda hraje lovičku a ráda má své věci, samozřejmě. Pokud si myslíte, že jste její osoba, vyplňte žádost. Děkujeme! Aktualizace 26.06.2024: Irmu je čistokrevný Doberman, narozený v listopadu 2016. Její příběh: Byla nalezena v tomto roce v Malaxě, běžela ve 35 stupních tepla s přehřátím. Vypadá to, že byla použita pro plemení a když dostali novou samičku pro nahrazení, byla vyhozena. Od té doby je sterilizovaná. Irmu má leishmanii. Samozřejmě, dostává své léky. Zde můžete přečíst o leishmanii. Tato nemoc se přenáší pouze přes pískové muchy. Irmu má také problém s úzkostí, kdy honí svůj zadek a řehtá, ale pracujeme na tom přirozenými léčivami. není agresivní vůči lidem. Miluje je a jejich pozornost! ONA MILUJE SVŮJ MÍČEK. Nikdy neměla šanci být štěnětem a tak nám dává nyní štěně, to je skvělé! Je trochu neklidná při objetí, ale miluje to! Pobohu, nikdy předtím neměla objetí. Přijměte to krásné stvoření dnes. Irmu vám zahřeje srdce alespoň jednou denně svými novými objevy a charakterem.

Update 20.3.2026: so we packed her bags and set off for a very distant part of Crete. For Irma, we would do anything! The housecheck did not pass the test so we had to bring her back with us. We spent many hours together that day and learned a lot from her. You see Irma was a breeding machine, used for nothing more than producing other Dobermans. She is a nervous dog with many triggers which would send her into a frenzy, attempting to bite her tail. At the shelter we had gotten that habit under control. That day out from the shelter she enjoyed the car ride, she loved the feel of a home, she was so interested in walking through the village and she showed a very gentle and connected side of herself. Something we had not had the chance to experience at the shelter. Unfortunately, the person interested was not a match for her. Her delicate issues were not a priority to them so we had to deny the adoption. But it broke our hearts bringing her back home. Irma is a kind senior girl who truly suffers at the shelter. She loved her getaway that day and we wish she will find a gentle human who will listen and cater to her needs. She loves to play ball and loves her treats, of course. Her story: She was found up in Malaxa this summer, running in 35 degree weather with heat exhaustion. It seems that she was used for breeding babies and when they got a new female to replace her, she was thrown out. She has been neutered since. Irma has leishmania. Of course, she gets her medication. Here you can read about Leishmania. This desease is only transported via a sandfly. Irma also has an anxiety issue where she chases her bum and growls but we are working on that with natural remedies. She is not aggressive towards humans. She loves them and their attention! SHE LOVES HER BALL. She never had a chance to be a puppy, and so she is giving us puppy now, so cute! She is a bit awkward when it comes to cuddles but she loves it! Poor thing never had cuddles before. Adopt this beautiful creature today. Irma will warm your heart at least once a day with her new discoveries and character.
