Una dulce y entusiasta chica, Clairo ha vivido anteriormente en un hogar y sus dueños la describieron como una persona divertida y juguetona. Al llegar a Battersea Brands Hatch, Clairo tuvo dificultades con la vida en jaula y le tomó algún tiempo recuperar su confianza, ahora ha encontrado su camino y ama correr grandes círculos en nuestros pastos. Al conocer a otros perros, Clairo no tuvo mucha socialización previamente y por lo tanto puede mostrar una mezcla de emociones, estando estresada, abrumada y a veces su estilo de juego se vuelve demasiado intenso alrededor de otros perros. El equipo en Brands Hatch la ha estado apoyando con presentaciones suaves con otros perros y aunque actualmente no está en etapa de vivir con otros perros, beneficiaría de dueños nuevos que continúen socializándola con ellos, manteniendo las rutas de paseo tranquilas ayudará en este entrenamiento continuo. Aunque Clairo ha vivido previamente con niños, debido a la preocupación inicial y su estilo de juego exuberante estaría mejor adaptada a adolescentes mayores que le den espacio cuando sea necesario y la ayuden con las necesidades de entrenamiento continuo. Clairo amaría un jardín privado para recordarle su adiestramiento en casa, darle espacio para jugar e interactuar con su nueva familia. Ella ama sus paseos y dada su edad, beneficiaría de paseos regulares para mantenerla feliz y saludable. Clairo es motivada por comida, lo que hace que el entrenamiento sea divertido y recompensador, es una chica inteligente que disfruta aprendiendo. También ama los juegos de estimulación mental, así que los juegos y actividades de enriquecimiento irían muy bien para mantenerla entretenida y convertirla en un compañero divertido. A sweet and excitable girl, Clairo has lived in a home previously and her owners described her as having a fun and playful side. On coming in to Battersea Brands Hatch Clairo did struggle with kennel life and too some time to build her confidence once more, she has now found her feet and loves nothing more than running big laps in our paddocks. When it comes to meeting dogs, Clairo has not had much socialisation previously and therefore can show a mixture of emotions being stressed, overwhelmed and then becoming at times too much in her play style when around other dogs. The team at Brands Hatch has been supporting her with gentle introductions with dogs and although she is not at the stage to live with a dogs she would benefit from new owners who will continue to socialise her with them, keeping her walking routes quiet will help her with this ongoing training. Although Clario has previous lived with children due to initial worry and the exuberant play style she would be better suited to older teens who will give her space when needed and help with on going training needs. Clairo would love a private garden to remind her of her housetraining, giving her space to play and interaction with her new family. She absolutely loves her walks and given her age, she will benefit from regular walks to keep her happy and healthy. Clairo is food motivated which makes training both fun and rewarding – she’s a smart cookie who enjoys learning. She also loves mental stimulation games, so enrichment games and activities will go a long way to in keeping her engaged and in becoming a fun-loving companion.
