Detrás de esos hermosos ojos hay un alma temerosa que ya ha experimentado más de lo que debería cualquier cachorro. Después de un incidente grave en su anterior hogar, nos contactaron y supimos que teníamos que actuar rápidamente. Afortunadamente, se abrió un espacio en la jaula justo a tiempo. Pero lo que nos recibió no fue el feliz y juguetón cachorro que nos habían dicho. Keiko llegó asustada. Confundida. Sobrepasada. Temblando ante los ruidos fuertes y desesperadamente desconcertada con el mundo que la rodeaba. A solo siete meses de edad, todo su mundo ha cambiado completamente. En este momento, la vida en la jaula es muy difícil para ella. Los ruidos, los entornos desconocidos y la actividad constante son simplemente demasiado para esta chica tan sensible. El equipo de la jaula y los voluntarios están haciendo todo lo posible para que se sienta segura, pero profundamente sabemos lo que realmente necesita Keiko no es una jaula. ✅ Necesita bondad. ✅ Necesita paciencia. ✅ Necesita paz. ✅ Necesita alguien dispuesto a ayudarla a aprender que el mundo no es tan peligroso. Behind those beautiful eyes is a frightened little soul who has already experienced far more than any puppy ever should. Following a serious incident in her previous home, we were contacted and knew we had to act quickly. Thankfully, a kennel space became available just in time. But what greeted us was not the happy, excitable puppy we had been told about. Keiko arrived terrified. Confused. Overwhelmed. Shaking at loud noises and desperately unsure of the world around her. At just seven months old, her whole world has been turned upside down. Right now, kennel life is incredibly difficult for her. The noise, unfamiliar surroundings and constant activity are simply too much for such a sensitive young girl. Our kennel team and volunteers are doing everything they can to help her feel safe, but deep down we know what Keiko truly needs is not a kennel. ✅ She needs kindness. ✅ She needs patience. ✅ She needs peace. ✅ She needs someone willing to help her learn that the world is not such a scary place. They are not open for debate. What we are looking for is not just a roof over her head. We are looking for someone with compassion in their heart. Someone who understands that frightened dogs do not need force or pressure, they need safety, consistency and love. Someone willing to help this beautiful little girl discover happiness again.
