Levi es un adolescente muy típico: alegre, curioso, con muchas ganas de explorar y todavía descubriendo sus límites. Cuando se emociona puede morder suavemente con la boca, y necesita una guía tranquila y constante que le ayude a entender lo que se espera de él. Pero también es increíblemente cariñoso, orientado a las personas y se desarrolla muy bien con las interacciones positivas. Con la estructura adecuada y mucha paciencia, se convertirá en el perro educado y seguro de sí mismo que todos sabemos que puede ser. Le vendría bien un hogar activo, solo de adultos, donde pueda quemar su energía infinita con paseos largos, carreras sin correa en espacios seguros y mucho tiempo de juego. Una vez que sus necesidades estén cubiertas, se relaja maravillosamente: como muchos Lurchers, es un gandul en el fondo, con alguna que otra "hora loca" por la tarde que siempre te hará reír. Levi está acostumbrado al transportín, duerme toda la noche y tiene una gran motivación por la comida, lo que hace que el entrenamiento sea divertido y eficaz. Le encantan los juguetes, los juegos de tirar de la cuerda, el fetch, correr y acurrucarse bajo las sábanas por la mañana, y en general participar en todo lo que hacen sus humanos. Adora tanto a las personas como a los perros, aunque su naturaleza bulliciosa hace que lo mejor sea un hogar con niños mayores que sepan tratar con perros, si los hay. Puede jugar brusco y todavía usa la boca cuando se emociona, por lo que el entrenamiento continuo es esencial, pero aprende rápido y quiere complacer. También puede alcanzar las encimeras de la cocina, ¡así que mantener la casa ordenada es imprescindible para este pícaro! Viaja bien siempre que no haya comido antes, y poco a poco está ganando confianza cuando se queda solo. Levi es adorable y lleno de vida a partes iguales: un gran corazón en un cuerpo que todavía está creciendo, con 22 pulgadas hasta la cruz y aún en pleno desarrollo. Necesita un hogar que lo guíe, lo entrene y celebre al chico alegre, bobalicón y cariñoso que es. Con la familia adecuada, Levi brillará.

Levi is very much a typical adolescent: bouncy, curious, eager to explore, and still figuring out his boundaries. When he gets excited he can mouth, and he needs calm, consistent guidance to help him understand what’s expected of him. But he is also incredibly loving, people‑oriented, and thrives on positive interaction. With the right structure and patience, he will blossom into the well‑mannered, confident dog we all know he can be. He would suit an active, adult‑only home where he can burn off his endless energy through long walks, off‑lead runs in safe spaces, and plenty of playtime. Once his needs are met, he settles beautifully — like many Lurchers, he’s a couch‑potato at heart, with the occasional 'mad hour' in the evenings that will make you laugh every time. Levi is crate‑trained, sleeps through the night, and is incredibly food‑motivated, which makes training both fun and effective. He loves toys, tug games, fetch, running, snuggling under the covers in the morning, and generally being involved in everything his humans do. He adores people and dogs alike, though his boisterous nature means he’s best suited to homes with older, dog‑savvy children, if any. He can play rough and still uses his mouth in excitement, so ongoing training is essential — but he learns quickly and wants to please. He can also reach kitchen counters, so a tidy home is a must for this cheeky chap! He travels well as long as he hasn’t eaten beforehand, and he's gradually becoming more confident when left alone. Levi is loveable and lively in equal measure — a big heart in a growing body, standing at 22 inches to the shoulder and still filling out. He needs a home that will guide him, train him, and celebrate him for the joyful, goofy, affectionate boy he is. With the right family, Levi will shine.
