Mozart fue ingresado en nuestro cuidado después de ser encontrado con un absceso por mordedura de gato en el lado derecho de su cabeza. Después de tratamiento y mucho cuidado necesario, Mozart ahora está listo para encontrar una nueva casa. Mozart es un buen chico que tiene mucho que decir. Este bonito chico recibió su nombre musical porque ama mucho "cantar" a sus personas, principalmente cuando quiere atención o cuando te saluda por la mañana para su desayuno. Tiene mucho carácter y le gusta pasar tiempo con las personas, disfrutando de caricias suaves y amor. Ama a todos los que conoce y adora tener un abrazo, después del cual puede encontrarse acurrucado en su cama suave para una siesta felina, observando el mundo pasar. Mozart está lleno de energía y curiosidad, sería feliz en un hogar donde pudiera tener mucho tiempo de juego y estar involucrado en todas las actividades diarias. Mozart busca un hogar muy especial, ya que ha dado positivo en el Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Felina (FIV), una infección viral que causa que los gatos afectados tengan un sistema inmunológico más débil. Los gatos FIV+ pueden y sí viven vidas normales con ciertas limitaciones. Es importante que esté en un hogar con un solo gato, pero podría vivir con otro gato FIV+ siempre que se introduzcan gradualmente en el hogar. Además, deberá ser un gato exclusivamente en interiores. Mozart podría vivir con niños mayores de 6 años que estén acostumbrados a los gatos.

After treatment from our veterinary team and some much needed TLC, Mozart is looking to find a very special home!Mozart is a very handsome boy who is full of personality and loves spending time with people! This sweet boy got his musically-inspired name as he just loves to chat and say 'Hello' to everyone at our centre. Mozart is such a friendly kitty and loves everyone he meets, he adores being made a fuss of especially when he gets lots of gentle head rubs and cuddles. He is also full of energy and has a curious, playful side, enjoying playing with his favourite mouse toys and getting involved in all the comings and goings of daily life!Mozart will need a very special home, as he is FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) which means he has a weaker immune system and will need to be an indoor-only cat. Cats with FIV can still live a happy and full life, but these boundaries help to ensure he is kept safe.It is important that Mozart finds a home where he can be the only cat, however he could potentially live with another FIV+ cat pending gradual introductions in the home.Mozart could live with children 6 years old or older who are used to cats.
