Nigel y Norman son hermanos de 3 años que han sido entregados en nuestras manos de manera trágica tras un rompimiento de relación. Como siempre, les pedimos amablemente que no juzguen a los dueños de los chicos. Fue una decisión muy dolorosa para ellos tomar, y estamos increíblemente agradecidos de que confiaran en nosotros con Nigel y Norman en lugar de arriesgarlos a caer en manos equivocadas. El viernes, los chicos fueron recogidos por nuestro fantástico voluntario, Davie, quien los trasladó a su maravilloso hogar de acogida con Nicola y su familia en Escocia. En general, ambos chicos parecen estar en buen estado de salud, aunque cada uno tiene una nariz seca, y Norman tiene algunas pequeñas manchas de piel con picazón. Esperamos que estos sean problemas que podamos resolver rápidamente. Como es habitual con todos nuestros perros de acogida, ambos chicos asistirán al veterinario para una revisión completa de salud. Nigel y Norman se han adaptado perfectamente a la vida en acogida, sin duda ayudados por tenerse el uno al otro para consuelo y apoyo. Nicola ha estado durmiendo abajo con ellos durante los primeros días, y cada mañana ha sido recibida por dos bellos rostros ansiosos por caricias y afecto. Nigel and Norman are 3-year-old brothers who have very sadly been surrendered into our care following a relationship breakdown. As always, we kindly ask for no judgement towards the boys' owners. This was a heartbreaking decision for them to make, and we're incredibly grateful that they trusted us with Nigel and Norman rather than risking them falling into the wrong hands. On Friday, the boys were collected by our fabulous volunteer, Davie, who transported them to their wonderful foster home with Nicola and her family in Scotland. Overall, both boys appear to be in good health, although they each have a dry nose, and Norman has a few small patches of itchy skin. Hopefully, these are issues we can get on top of quickly. As with all of our foster dogs, both boys will be visiting the vets for a full health check. Nigel and Norman have settled into foster life beautifully, no doubt helped by having each other for comfort and support. Nicola has been sleeping downstairs with them during their first few days, and each morning she's been greeted by two handsome faces eager for cuddles and affection.
