It's always sad when a dog is returned to us. In the case of Nimbus, changing family circumstances and challenges meeting his particular needs have brought him back to our shelter. Still, Nimbus has settled back in well and is enjoying the space and freedom here. He also had a grooming session at Encruzapata in Tabua, which he enjoyed a great deal. The team there praised his behaviour throughout the process, remarking on how gentle and tolerant he was. He also visited a local cafe after his haircut, where he sat quietly under a chair and was delighted to be fussed over by the staff. Nimbus is a small male dog of around 8kg. He's judged to be about six years old. He bonds quickly with people, but jealousy can be an issue. For that reason, we prefer not to rehome him with children or other dogs. (An exception might be a large, calm adult dog that he will not challenge.) A home where Nimbus is the centre of attention would be ideal, because in that situation, he is an absolute delight - loving, loyal and very playful. He would be happy to chase a thrown ball all day long and walks well on a lead. He is fully toilet trained. If you think you could provide this kind of environment for Nimbus, please get in touch.
