Adoptar a Rambo

Rambo tuvo una casa amorosa y un mejor amigo. Trágicamente, ya no es así, y está buscando su nuevo hogar para siempre. Rambo y su hermano adoptivo Jango vivieron toda su vida con una persona que los amaba mucho. Hace dos años todo cambió para ellos. Su adoptante falleció y terminaron en un refugio público donde esperaron dos años a que alguien les diera una segunda oportunidad... Lamentablemente, Jango recientemente falleció por cáncer sin recibir esa oportunidad. Pobre Rambo ha perdido a todos los que amaba y conocía, y ahora está solo y asustado. Es muy activo aunque tiene alrededor de 6-7 años. Su familia de acogida lo describe como: Rambo es un perro excelente para vivir en casa, está entrenado para hacer sus necesidades adentro, ama estar con todos nosotros, incluyendo a 2 niños y 2 perras terrier. Lo pongo en su habitación cada día solo durante un período de tiempo para asegurarme de que mantenga el hábito de estar encerrado en un área y simplemente salta a su silla y duerme. Le encanta un abrazo y se da la vuelta inmediatamente para recibir un rascado de barriga o para dormir y roncar. En los automóviles viaja en silencio, sin ladrar ni gimotear. En la hora de comer, su tazón se coloca último y él lo espera y también es igual de bueno con golosinas. Camina bien con correa y no se ve afectado por nada que hemos pasado hasta ahora, incluyendo a otros perros. Es muy dulce jugando con juguetes de tirar con personas o perros - tira tan fuerte como puede pero cuando el otro suelta, inmediatamente deja de hacerlo y se acerca a ellos para que puedan tomar el juguete nuevamente. Duermo en su habitación por la noche y simplemente duerme en su silla hasta la mañana sin problemas, si te quedas más tiempo de lo que él hace y necesita ir al baño (alrededor de las 7 o 8) ladrará pero solo una vez para decirte que está allí!

Rambo once had a loving home and a best friend. Tragically, that is no longer the case, and he is searching for his new forever home. Rambo and his adoptive brother Jango lived all their life with a human who loved them very much. Two years ago that all changed for them. Their adopter died and they ended up in a public shelter where they were waiting for two years for someone to give them a second chance… Sadly, Jango recently passed away from cancer never getting that chance. Poor Rambo has now lost everyone he loved and knew, and is alone and scared. He is very active even though he is around 6-7 years old. His foster family describes him as: Rambo is a really perfect house dog, he is house trained, he loves being around all of us, including 2 children and 2 terrier bitches. I pop him in his room each day on his own for a period of time to make sure he stays in the habit of being shut into an area by himself and he just jumps up in his chair and sleeps. He loves a cuddle and will roll onto his back immediately for a belly rub or sleep and snore.In cars he travels quietly, no barking or whining.Feed time his bowl is put down last and he waits for it and he’s equally good with treats.He walks nicely on a lead and isn’t phased by anything we’ve passed so far including other dogs.He’s really sweet at playing tuggy with people or dogs – he tugs as hard as he can but when the other lets go he immediately stops and steps to them so they can take the tuggy again.He sleeps in his room at night and just sleeps on his chair until morning with no fuss, if you lay in longer than he does and he needs to wee (about half 7/8) he’ll bark but just once to let you know he’s there!
