Adottare Rambo

Rambo aveva una casa amata e un migliore amico. Tragicamente, non è più così e sta cercando la sua nuova casa per sempre. Rambo e suo fratello adottivo Jango hanno vissuto tutta la loro vita con una persona che li amava molto. Due anni fa tutto è cambiato per loro. Il loro adottatore è morto e sono finiti in un rifugio pubblico dove hanno aspettato due anni perché qualcuno gli desse una seconda possibilità... Sfortunatamente, Jango è recentemente morto di cancro senza averla mai ottenuta. Povero Rambo ha perso tutti quelli che amava e conosceva e ora è solo e spaventato. È molto attivo anche se ha circa 6-7 anni. La sua famiglia di accoglienza lo descrive così: Rambo è un cane perfetto per la casa, è addestrato a non fare i bisogni dentro, ama stare con tutti noi, compresi due bambini e due cagne terrier. Lo metto nella sua stanza ogni giorno da solo per un periodo di tempo per assicurarmi che mantenga l'abitudine di stare chiuso in un'area da solo e lui salta subito sulla sua sedia e si addormenta. Ama le coccole e si gira immediatamente sul dorso per farsi grattare il ventre o dormire e russare. Nei mezzi di trasporto viaggia in silenzio, senza abbaiare o lamentarsi. Durante i pasti il suo piatto viene messo per ultimo e lui lo aspetta e è altrettanto bravo con i premi. Cammina bene al guinzaglio e non si lascia disturbare da nulla che abbiamo visto finora, incluso altri cani. È davvero dolce nel giocare con i tuggy con persone o cani - tira con tutte le forze ma quando l'altro lo lascia, smette immediatamente e va verso di lui perché possa riprendere il tuggy. Dorme nella sua stanza di notte e si appoggia sulla sua sedia fino al mattino senza problemi, se ti stai svegliando più a lungo di lui e ha bisogno di andare (circa le 7/8) abbaia solo una volta per far sapere che è lì!

Rambo once had a loving home and a best friend. Tragically, that is no longer the case, and he is searching for his new forever home. Rambo and his adoptive brother Jango lived all their life with a human who loved them very much. Two years ago that all changed for them. Their adopter died and they ended up in a public shelter where they were waiting for two years for someone to give them a second chance… Sadly, Jango recently passed away from cancer never getting that chance. Poor Rambo has now lost everyone he loved and knew, and is alone and scared. He is very active even though he is around 6-7 years old. His foster family describes him as: Rambo is a really perfect house dog, he is house trained, he loves being around all of us, including 2 children and 2 terrier bitches. I pop him in his room each day on his own for a period of time to make sure he stays in the habit of being shut into an area by himself and he just jumps up in his chair and sleeps. He loves a cuddle and will roll onto his back immediately for a belly rub or sleep and snore.In cars he travels quietly, no barking or whining.Feed time his bowl is put down last and he waits for it and he’s equally good with treats.He walks nicely on a lead and isn’t phased by anything we’ve passed so far including other dogs.He’s really sweet at playing tuggy with people or dogs – he tugs as hard as he can but when the other lets go he immediately stops and steps to them so they can take the tuggy again.He sleeps in his room at night and just sleeps on his chair until morning with no fuss, if you lay in longer than he does and he needs to wee (about half 7/8) he’ll bark but just once to let you know he’s there!
