26-08-26 Sixpence is a nervous girl who has come to us from a breeder. She isn’t brave enough to approach you just yet, but she is easy to handle once she is in your arms. She will need time, patience and plenty of trust-building before she feels confident enough to come out of her shell. Sixpence relies heavily on other dogs and will follow their lead, so she will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home that she can lean on as she learns about home life and finds her paws. She will need a calm and quiet home, with adopters who have breed experience and can understand her needs. Sixpence has never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to be kind and patient as she learns about house training. She is working with her kennel mummy on harness training and would like to continue this in her new home. She can live with sensible, dog-savvy teens aged 13+ who will give her the time and space she needs. Sixpence is a very sweet girl who just needs someone willing to give her the chance to blossom. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
