Thelma es una de una camada de cuatro cachorros que fueron tristemente abandonados en el Algarve junto con su madre. Sus hermanos son Batman, Robin y Louise, y juntos son un grupo maravillosamente amigable y feliz. Thelma es una joven adorable con una naturaleza dulce y una bonita perspectiva sobre la vida. A pesar de su difícil comienzo, es amigable, cariñosa y llena de curiosidad canina. Le gusta la atención, ama estar alrededor de la gente y tiene todo el encanto que se podría esperar en un cachorro de rescate joven. Como todos los cachorros, Thelma necesitará adoptantes listos para guiarla a medida que crezca. Necesitará ayuda con el entrenamiento para ir al baño, pasear con correa, socialización, construcción de confianza y aprender a adaptarse a la vida familiar. Con paciencia, bondad y consistencia, tiene todas las oportunidades de convertirse en un compañero maravilloso. Thelma busca un hogar donde será amada, incluida y dada el tiempo y el apoyo que necesita para florecer. Thelma is one of a litter of four puppies who were sadly dumped in the Algarve along with their mum ( who is Spaniel in size). Her siblings are Batman, Robin and Louise, and together they are a wonderfully friendly, happy little group. Thelma is an adorable young girl with a sweet nature and a lovely outlook on life. Despite her difficult start, she is friendly, affectionate and full of puppy curiosity. She enjoys attention, loves being around people and has all the charm you would hope for in a young rescue puppy. Like all puppies, Thelma will need adopters who are ready to guide her as she grows. She will need help with house training, lead walking, socialisation, confidence building and learning how to settle into family life. With patience, kindness and consistency, she has every chance of becoming a wonderful companion. Thelma is looking for a home where she will be loved, included and given the time and support she needs to flourish. She has so much love to give and is ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family of her own. She will arrive fully vaccinated and with comprehensive health checks, including a Uranotest Quattro, a laboratory test for Canine Brucellosis and her own Portuguese passport. Most of our dogs have been found abandoned as young pups, discarded as unwanted litters, as is often the case in Portugal where neutering is not as common as in the UK.
