Es posible que algunos de los muros exteriores parezcan muy amarillos en esta nueva actualización, pero no se preocupen, es solo porque la pintura aún estaba húmeda cuando tomamos estas fotos. Todo se secará hasta adquirir el mismo color crema. Aunque ahora es más difícil de ver, seguimos haciendo buen progreso con el revestimiento, el segundo trabajo eléctrico y algunas terminaciones internas. La conexión a la red eléctrica principal es otra cuestión. Ya sabíamos que costaría más de 30.000 euros obtener una conexión debido a la necesidad de instalar un cable de alta tensión y tenemos que comprar el transformador, pero los trámites administrativos podrían tomar meses, por lo tanto parece que tendremos que comprar un generador primero. 9 April 2023 Happy Easter everyone! You might find some of the outside walls looking very yellow in this latest update, but don’t worry – that’s just because the render was still damp when we took these photos. It will all dry out to the same creamy colour. Although it’s more difficult to see now, we’re still making good progress with tiling, the second fix of electrical work and some of the internal finishes. The connection to the mains electricity network is another matter. We already knew it was going to cost us over €30,000 to get a connection because of the need to run a high-tension line and we have to buy the transformer, but the administrative processes could apparently take months, so it looks like we will have to buy a generator to start with.
