Salem fue admitido en nuestro cuidado a través de rehoming social y está listo para comenzar la búsqueda de su nuevo hogar. Salem es un chico independiente pero cariñoso, le gusta pasar tiempo alrededor de las personas, recibir algunas caricias suaves en la cabeza y atención. Está buscando encontrar un hogar con dueños que entiendan que tiene una personalidad tímida y que necesitará su propio espacio y tiempo para adaptarse a un nuevo entorno. Salem disfruta de un buen sueño en una cama cómoda y observar el mundo a su alrededor. Salem sería más adecuado en un hogar más estable y tranquilo con niños mayores que conozcan a Salem en sus propios términos. Debido a su naturaleza, sería mejor adecuado en un hogar donde, una vez establecido, tenga la opción de entrar y salir del hogar ya que es un chico aventurero y le encanta explorar. No se sabe cómo reaccionaría alrededor de otros animales en el hogar, pero podría compartir su hogar con otro perro amigable con gatos o un gato de personalidad similar con introducciones graduales en el hogar.

Salem was admitted into our care through social rehoming and is ready to start the search for his new home! Salem is an independent but affectionate boy, he enjoys spending time around people, getting some gentle head rubs and attention. He is looking to find a home with owners who understand that he has a shy personality and will need his own space and time to settle and adjust into a new environment. Salem does enjoy a good snooze in a comfy bed and watching the world go by around him. Salem would be best suited in a more settled, quiet home with older children who would get to know Salem on his own terms. Due to his nature he would be best suited to a home where once settled, he has the option to go in and out of the home as he is an adventurous boy and loves to explore! It is unknown how he would react around other animals in the home but could possibly share his home with another cat friendly dog or cat of similar personality with gradual introductions in the home.
