Berta is spayed, vaccinated, and regularly uses the litter box. She is incredibly gentle, kind, and very tactile - she needs human hands, warmth, and just the opportunity to be close to someone. A third of her life is still ahead. And it's so painful to think that she can spend this third behind bars... Berta has already lost so much. Will she now just have to live out her days in a cage? She doesn't need much. She needs a home where she will be accepted for who she is, where she can sleep warm, feel affection, and know that she no longer needs to run away.
