Bugsy est un jeune homme doux avec une nature un peu timide, mais depuis qu'il s'est installé dans la Cage à chats, il a vraiment commencé à montrer ses vraies couleurs. Bien qu'il puisse prendre un peu de temps pour se sentir à l'aise dans de nouveaux environnements, une fois qu'il le devient, il révèle un côté merveilleusement doux et affectueux. Bugsy apprécie la compagnie calme et les moments tranquilles, et c'est le genre de chat qui forme un joli lien avec les personnes qu'il fait confiance.
