Ferb came to us as a stray, so we are unsure if he’s ever been left home alone. Due to this and his age, he is looking for owners who are at home most of the time and can build his home alone up gradually from scratch. When meeting other dogs, Ferb can be very bouncy and enthusiastic, sometimes getting a little too close into their personal space. We feel he could live happily with a well-socialised adult dog who can help teach him appropriate boundaries while also enjoying plenty of playtime with him. Ferb can also bark at other dogs when out on walks, as he is often eager to say hello! He is currently working on his manners around other dogs and making good progress with his ongoing training. Ferb could potentially live with children aged 11 years old and above, providing they are comfortable around an excitable, bouncy dog and can help with his training. Ferb will need a very secure garden in his new home with 6ft + fencing and will need to be monitored when out there, as he is an agile boy who has scaled fences previously.
