Harry est un jeune homme très sympathique qui bénéficierait d'un foyer avec des propriétaires ayant une expérience antérieure avec des chiens de chasse à vue. Il conviendrait à un foyer disposant d'un jardin spacieux pour jouer en liberté ou à des propriétaires capables de l'emmener dans des champs sécurisés. Étant donné qu'il était coursier, il devra être mordoré et tenu en laisse en public. Harry est très affectueux envers ses employés familiers et a montré un certain jeu avec les jouets, toutefois il préfère s'appuyer sur vous et recevoir des caresses. À part son nom, Harry n'a qu'une connaissance limitée des ordres de base, il aura donc besoin d'être enseigné. Il marche bien en laisse, mais c'est un grand chien et aura besoin de quelqu'un qui puisse physiquement le retenir. Il était en cage avec une greyhound femelle, il pourrait donc s'adapter à des chiens de cette race une fois hors des cages.

As an ex-racer, Harry is now on the hunt for his forever (retirement) home. He really is a gentle giant who would love nothing more than a cosy sofa and a human friend to snuggle up with. Harry is starting to become more playful with toys, however, he cannot have soft toys due to his tendency to destroy them. Harry has little knowledge when it comes to basic commands, aside from his own name and having basic recall, so he will need a patient owner who can take the time to help him learn commands. As Harry is an ex-racer with a high prey drive, he will need to be kept on lead and muzzled in public. An owner with previous sight-hound experience would be beneficial for Harry to ensure he gets the care he needs. Harry can live with children aged 14 and over and will need to be the only pet in the home.
