Harry is a really lovely boy who would benefit from owners with previous sight-hound experience. He would suit a home with a good-sized garden for off lead play or owners who can take him to secure fields for this. As an ex-racer he will need to be muzzled & kept on lead in public. Harry is very affectionate with his familiar handlers & has shown some playfulness around toys, however he does prefer to just lean on you and have some fuss. Apart from his name, Harry has little knowledge of basic commands so he will need teaching these. He walks well on the lead, but he is long boy so will need someone who can physically hold him. He was kennelled with a female greyhound, so may make friends with similar breed dogs once away from kennels.
