Bonjour à tous, je m'appelle Maple 🍁 Je suis une petite bouledogue allemande de 11 ans qui cherche un doux lieu de retraite où je pourrai passer mes années dorées entourée d'amour, de câlin et de beaucoup d'attention. Je suis une jeune femme âgée, mais j'ai encore beaucoup d'amour à offrir. En fait, je suis un peu une amoureuse des câlins ! Ma chose préférée au monde est d'être proche de mes personnes, en profitant de toute l'attention et de l'affection que je peux recevoir. Je suis un peu sourde, donc je vis le monde différemment, mais cela ne m'empêche pas d'apprécier la vie. Je suis très bonne pour suivre les routines, observer mes humains et trouver le coin le plus confortable de la maison pour une sieste. Je pourrais vivre heureusement avec des enfants âgés de 5 ans et plus qui comprennent que je suis une vieille dame. Je peux aussi vivre avec un autre chien sympathique et pourrais éventuellement partager ma maison avec des chats ou des petits rongeurs après des introductions réussies. Je suis contente d'être laissée pendant de courtes périodes d'une heure maximum, mais j'aimerais mieux passer mon temps blottie à côté de vous si c'est possible. Si vous cherchez une petite compagne douce avec un grand cœur et beaucoup d'amour à offrir, je pourrais être votre correspondance parfaite.

A 2-year-old Lurcher looking for my forever home. 💕 I’m a sensitive girl, so I can feel a little worried when meeting new people, but once I’ve got to know you and decided you’re my friend, I’m a loving and affectionate girl who would happily curl up beside you on the sofa for a snooze. I absolutely love my exercise and there’s nothing better than having a good zoom around, so I’ll need a secure garden of my own where I can safely stretch my legs. I’m also a big fan of toys and love playing with my humans, although I’m perfectly capable of entertaining myself too! One of my favourite games is throwing my toys up in the air and trying to catch them. 🎾 Because I can be anxious around new people, I’m looking for a quiet, calm home with minimal visitors, and ideally someone who is home for most of the day. I’d like any children in the home to be aged 14 or over and able to understand that I sometimes need a little time and space to feel comfortable. I could potentially live with another dog of a similar size, if we get on at the North Lincolnshire centre first. However, I cannot live with cats or small furries as I have a high prey drive. I’m looking for someone who will be patient with me, help me build my confidence and be willing to continue with my training so I can keep learning and growing into the happiest version of myself.
