Je suis un Cocker Spaniel de 9 ans à la recherche de mon parfait foyer pour toujours. Ne laissez pas mon âge vous tromper, j’aime encore beaucoup les parties de jeu avec mes jouets et j’apprécie mes promenades pour renifler tous les excitants parfums. Après tout ce plaisir, les câlin sont certainement ma chose préférée au monde. Si vous avez un canapé confortable, je serai ravi de vous aider à le garder chaud ! Je suis un jeune homme sensible et je peux me sentir un peu nerveux en présence de nouveaux chiens, donc j’ai besoin d’introductions lentes et de personnes patients qui comprennent que je préfère prendre mon temps pour faire des amis. En raison de cela, je préférerais être le seul animal de compagnie dans la maison afin que je puisse avoir toute votre affection et attention. Je peux aussi être un peu hésitant face aux visiteurs qui entrent dans la maison, donc je cherche un propriétaire qui m’aidera à me sentir en sécurité et qui sera attentif lorsqu’on viendra rendre visite. Une fois que je fais confiance à quelqu'un, je suis un fidèle petit compagnon. Mon rêve serait un endroit calme, peut-être un village ou une zone rural avec moins de chiens autour, où la vie est calme et paisible. J’adorerais aussi un jardin sécurisé où je pourrai vagabonder, jouer avec mes jouets et profiter de l’air frais en sécurité. Je peux rester seul pendant de courtes périodes (environ 1 à 2 heures), bien que j’aie peut-être besoin d’un peu d’aide pour m’y habituer au début, car le changement peut être un peu inquiétant pour moi. Si vous cherchez un compagnon doux et affectueux avec beaucoup d’amour à offrir, je pourrais tout simplement être votre correspondance idéale. ❤️

I’m an 18-month-old crossbreed with long, lanky legs, a big personality and a mind that is always on the go! I’m a bit of a mystery mix, so we don’t know exactly what breeds make up my family tree. What we do know is that, despite not looking like a typical Collie, I definitely show some Collie-like behaviours. I’m a clever boy with a busy mind who loves having a job to do, and I’m looking for a home that will keep both my body and my brain busy. I’m being rehomed through no fault of my own, and I’m looking for a family who really wants an adventure companion. I’d love to try dog sports such as agility or Canicross, or spend my days exploring the countryside, enjoying long walks and going on exciting adventures. When we’re not out exploring, I’d love you to keep my brain occupied with enrichment, training and fun activities. I’m a boy who likes to have a purpose! I’m also a very affectionate and rather clingy chap. I want to be where you are, preferably right beside you, and I’m looking for a family who wants me to be a true part of their lives. If you’re happy to share your sofa, your bed and pretty much everything else with a very loving four-legged shadow, we’re going to get along brilliantly! I could potentially live with children aged 8 and over, provided they are comfortable around an energetic and enthusiastic dog like me. I’d love a family who understands that I can be busy and excitable and will help me learn how to settle as well as keeping my clever brain occupied. When it comes to other dogs, I can be a little bit silly when meeting them, so I’ll need some help and guidance with my social skills. I may be able to have some calm walking friends in the future, but for now I’d like to be the only pet in the home while I learn how to be my best self. Because I love my people so much, I’m also looking for a home where I won’t be left for long periods. My family will need to be around for me, or be willing to build up my time alone gradually and at my own pace. I have managed to be left for 4-5 hours previously. If you’re looking for an energetic, clever and affectionate adventure companion who wants to be your whole world, I might just be the boy for you. I’m ready to find someone who will embrace my busy brain, my long legs and my enormous capacity for love!
