Lysimachos, tout d'abord, a des reflets dans son pelage et cela doit être dit, car cela compte. Et pas n'importe où, mais dans son pelage riche, abondant, doux, presque glorieux. Alors qu'il marche avec légèreté, son pelage et sa queue se déplacent avec lui, de gauche à droite, comme si ce qu'il porte n'était pas simplement un manteau, mais une véritable déclaration de mode, et il le sait. Il est jeune, séduisant et frais, presque comme quelque chose imaginé plutôt que réel. Un chien exceptionnel, sociable, joyeux et coopératif. Il sait quand libérer son énergie, quand profiter d'une bonne promenade, et quand s'asseoir calmement à côté de vous. Il n'est pas un chien qui demande plus qu'il n'en a besoin, ni celui qui accepte moins. Il est équilibré, et avec une routine, de l'exercice et de la compagnie, il devient le parfait colocataire et le meilleur ami. Lysimachos a passé un certain temps dans une famille d'accueil, donc nous en savons plus sur lui que nous ne le ferions seulement par observation au refuge. Il est dressé à la cage et l'aime vraiment, et il sera important pour lui de continuer à l'utiliser dans sa famille d'adoption. Parfois, il peut être réactif en extérieur, surtout avec certaines personnes. Cela peut être résolu grâce à un entraînement approprié, et chez les chiens comme lui, les progrès peuvent être significatifs. Il est également très méfiant envers les inconnus qui entrent dans la maison. Bien qu'il soit merveilleux avec sa propre famille, il n'accueille pas les étrangers à l'intérieur. Cela peut aussi être géré grâce à l'entraînement. Malgré tout, il est peu probable qu'il devienne le type de chien qui se mêle librement aux invités lors des réunions. Il restera calme dans sa cage ou dans une autre pièce jusqu'à ce que les visiteurs partent. Lorsqu'il vivait en animal errant, il allait souvent dans les cafés, cherchant des gens autour de lui. Il était extrêmement amical et joyeux. Si vous venez le rencontrer au refuge, il vous accueillera avec une queue qui remue, fera volontiers une promenade avec vous et vous fera confiance immédiatement. Il est très amical avec les gens, mais une fois qu'il s'est attaché à sa famille, il peut devenir plus prudent avec les inconnus. C'est un trait comportemental qui peut être amélioré avec la bonne orientation et l'entraînement. As he strolls around carefree, his fur and tail move with him, back and forth, like what he’s wearing isn’t just a coat, but the latest fashion statement, and he knows it. He’s young, handsome, and fresh, almost like something imagined rather than real. An exceptional dog, social, cheerful, and cooperative. He knows when to release his energy, when to enjoy a proper walk, and when to sit calmly by your side. He’s not a dog who asks for more than he needs, nor one who settles for less. He’s balanced, and with routine, exercise, and companionship, he becomes the perfect housemate and the perfect friend. Lysimachos has spent some time in a foster home, so we know more about him than we would from shelter observation alone. He is crate-trained and actually enjoys it, and it will be important for him to continue using it in his adoptive home. At times, he can be reactive outdoors, especially with certain people. This is something that can be addressed with proper training, and in dogs like him, the improvement can be significant. He is also quite wary of unfamiliar people entering the home. As wonderful as he is with his own family, he does not welcome strangers inside. This too can be managed with training. Still, he is unlikely to become the kind of dog who mingles freely with guests during gatherings. He will rest calmly in his crate or in another room until visitors leave. When he was living as a stray, he would often visit cafés, seeking out people to be around. He was incredibly friendly and joyful. If you come meet him at the shelter, he will greet you with a wagging tail, happily go for a walk with you, and trust you right away. He is very friendly with people, but once he bonds with his family, he can become more cautious with strangers. This is a behavioral trait that can be improved with the right guidance and training. Truly, Lysimachos is a wonderful dog, perfect in his own imperfect way, and he deserves, at last, to live happily in a home.
