Matilda est un jeune chien doux, affectueux et énergique qui cherche un foyer actif et engagé capable de l'aider à atteindre tout son potentiel. En retour, elle offrira une énergie sans fin, une loyauté et beaucoup de plaisir. En tant que jeune Malinois, elle bénéficiera d'un propriétaire familier avec la race ou prêt à apprendre ses besoins spécifiques en matière d'entraînement, d'enrichissement et d'activité. Matilda est un bel exemplaire de Malinois belge, doté d'une personnalité amusante et d'une grande énergie. C'est une fille sympathique et confiante qui aime rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et explorer de nouveaux environnements. À peine âgée d'un an, Matilda est typique de sa race : intelligente, active et très motivée par la nourriture et les jouets. Elle interagit bien avec les humains et a envie d'interagir, ce qui en fait une candidate idéale pour un entraînement et un enrichissement continus. Bien qu'elle aimes ses promenades, elle peut devenir surexcitée dans les environnements plus animés et aura besoin d'une guidance continue pour apprendre les bonnes manières avec la laisse et comment rester calme face aux distractions. Elle est venue chez nous sans historique connu, donc sa nouvelle famille devra être préparée à continuer son entraînement de base, y compris la toilette, et le temps passé seule devra être augmenté progressivement. Malheureusement, Matilda est arrivée chez nous avec une blessure à la jambe qu'elle a subie un traitement. Elle est actuellement en train de retrouver ses niveaux normaux d'exercice, donc elle aura besoin d'un foyer qui comprend ses besoins et qui peut fournir beaucoup d'activités intellectuelles en plus d'un exercice physique approprié. En raison de sa blessure et de l'exercice limité pendant sa rééducation, nous n'avons pas pu complètement évaluer Matilda avec d'autres chiens, donc pour l'instant elle cherche un foyer où elle est le seul chien. Elle pourrait convenir à vivre avec des enfants raisonnables âgés de 14 ans et plus.

Matilda is a sweet, affectionate, and energetic young dog who is looking for an active and committed home that can help her reach her full potential. In return, she will offer endless enthusiasm, loyalty, and plenty of fun. As a young Malinois, she will benefit from owners who are familiar with the breed or willing to learn about their unique needs for training, enrichment, and activity. Matilda is a beautiful Belgian Malinois with a fun-loving personality and plenty of energy. She is a friendly, confident girl who enjoys meeting new people and exploring new environments. At just 1 year old, Matilda is a typical Malinois, intelligent, active, and highly motivated by both food and toys. She engages well with people and is eager to interact, making her a great candidate for ongoing training and enrichment. While Matilda enjoys her walks, she can become over-aroused in busier environments and may need some continued guidance with lead manners and learning how to be calm around distractions. She has come to us with no known history, so her new family should be prepared to continue her basic training, including housetraining, and time left on her own will need to be built up gradually. Unfortunately Matilda arrived in our care with an injury to her leg that she has undergone treatment for. She is currently building back up to her normal exercise levels, so she will need a home that understands her needs and can provide plenty of mental stimulation alongside appropriate physical exercise. Due to her injury and restricted exercise during her rehabilitation, we have been unable to fully assess Matilda around other dogs, so at the moment she is looking for a home where she is the only dog. She may be suitable to live with sensible children aged 14 years and over.
