We hear many such stories on the phone, but when I saw the photos - I cried myself. Miecio came to the shelter extremely neglected. The fur was matted and felted to such an extent that when touched, the dog howled in pain, and the weight of this thing on him. He had anal sores that we are still fighting with and an injured hind leg. Miecio was immediately shaved and looks just like in the photos. Miecio is a little guy, but with a huge amount of positive energy. Full of life and playful, eager to interact with humans, curious about the world. Due to the fact that his life revolved around the doghouse, he does not really know how to behave on a leash yet. He is learning and the effects are visible. In new situations he behaves confidently. He likes to assert himself, but does not show signs of aggression. Mieciu is a young dog, but he has more experience than many adult dogs. Now he only dreams of one thing - his own home, where he will feel loved and cared for. Is there a chance for Miecio?

Miecio- jak dobrze trafiłeś do schroniska! Historia pieska nie należy do przyjemnych. Miecio w wieku około 4 lat, wagowo 8 kg i 35 cm miał swojego opiekuna, swoją budę z grubym łańcuchem. Aż któregoś dnia sam ukrócił sobie swoją niedolę, wyrwał łańcuch i ruszył przed siebie. Trafił z Kołaczycach na posesję, gdzie dobra dusza nie przeszła obojętnie na widok, który zastała patrząc się na biedne zwierzę- jak opowiadała, łzy same płynęły”. Takich historii przez telefon słyszymy wiele, ale gdy zobaczyłam zdjęcia – sama płakałam. Miecio do schroniska przyjechał skrajnie zaniedbany. Sierść skołtuniona i sfilcowana do takiego stopnia, że przy dotyku pies wył z bólu, do tego ciężar tego czegoś na sobie. Miał odparzenia odbytu z którymi nadal walczymy i uszkodzoną tylną łapkę. Miecio natychmiast został ostrzyżony i wygląda właśnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Miecio to mały szkrab, ale z ogromną ilością pozytywnej energii. Pełen życia i chęci do zabawy, do kontaktu z człowiekiem, ciekawy świata. Ze względu na fakt, że jego życie toczyło się koło budy, nie za bardzo jeszcze radzi sobie na smyczy. Uczy się i widać efekty. W sytuacjach nowych zachowuje się pewnie. Lubi postawić na swoim, ale nie wykazuje objawów agresji. Mieciu to młody psiak, ale ma za sobą więcej doświadczeń niż niejeden dorosły psiak. Teraz marzy już tylko o jednym- własnym domu, w którym poczuje się kochany i zaopiekowany.
