Depuis le début du mois d'avril, le chien croisé de deux ans et demi est avec nous au refuge animal de Calvià. Sa vie précédente n'était ni belle ni adaptée à l'espèce – elle manquait vraiment de tout dès le début. Très stressée, nerveuse et submergée par tout, elle est arrivée au début du mois d'avril. Mais maintenant nous avons pu découvrir beaucoup de la véritable Maya. Et c'est formidable, très spécial et bien sûr plein de potentiel 🙂. Maya est, malgré tout ce qu'elle a vécu jusqu'à présent, très ouverte, très amicale et (lorsqu'elle connaît mieux les gens et qu'elle leur fait confiance) aussi très affectueuse et besoin d'amour. Elle recherche la proximité mais aussi la sécurité. Maya a beaucoup d'énergie et de puissance et elle aime passer beaucoup de temps avec ses soignants. Les personnes familières et la proximité sont parmi les choses les plus importantes pour elle. Comme Maya n'a eu aucune opportunité dans sa vie jusqu'à présent, elle n'a pas vraiment appris grand-chose – pas vraiment les règles nécessaires pour un chien. La socialisation avec d'autres chiens a également été négligée dans sa «vie ancienne» – là aussi, elle ne sait pas vraiment grand-chose et cela devra être travaillé un peu ensemble. Mais Maya est certainement ouverte. Cependant, les chats ne devraient pas être présents dans leur nouveau foyer. Maya est intelligente et elle veut plaire – et elle apprendra certainement très rapidement sous une bonne guidance et un bon encadrement. Toutefois, le magnifique chien devrait certainement être adopté par des personnes déjà expérimentées avec les chiens – par des personnes qui ont de la patience envers elle, qui ont beaucoup de temps et qui ne s'attendent pas trop d'elle. Maya est prête à vivre une vie de chien de famille et pour les personnes qui veulent la vivre avec elle. Elle est déjà stérilisée, complètement vaccinée et testée négative pour la leishmaniose et vous pouvez venir la rencontrer à notre refuge à tout moment, sur rendez-vous.

Since the beginning of April, the two and a half-year-old mixed breed dog is with us in the animal shelter in Calvià. Her previous life was neither beautiful nor species-appropriate – she really lacked everything from the beginning. Completely stressed, nervous and overwhelmed by everything, she arrived at the beginning of April. But in the meantime we have been able to get to know a lot of the real Maya. And that’s great, very special and of course with a lot of potential 🙂. Maya is, despite everything she has had to experience so far, very open, very friendly and (when she knows people better and trusts them) also very affectionate and in need of love. She is looking for closeness but also for security. Maya has a lot of energy and power and she loves to spend a lot of time with her caregivers. Familiar people and closeness are among the most important things for her. Since Maya has had no chances in her life so far, she hasn’t really learned much – unot really much of the necessary “dog ground rules “. The socialisation with other dogs has also been neglected in her “old” life – even there she just doesn’t really know much and that would have to be worked on a bit together. But Maya is definitely open. However, cats should not be in their new home. Maya is smart and she wants to please – and she will certainly learn a lot quickly under the right guidance and guidance. However, the beautiful dog should definitely be allowed to move to people who are already experienced with dogs – to people who have patience with her, have a lot of time and do not expect too much from her. Maya is more than ready for a life as a family dog and for the people who want to live it together with her. She is already neutered, fully vaccinated and tested negative for leishmaniasis and you can come and meet her at our shelter at any time, by appointment.
